1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CoinHash platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. CoinHash reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CoinHash. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. CoinHash services may not be available in all jurisdictions; it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

3. Account Registration

To access mining features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any 2FA authentication codes. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Mining Plans & Payments

CoinHash offers cloud mining plans that deploy dedicated virtual machines. All plan prices, hash rates, contract durations, and target returns are clearly displayed before purchase. Payments are processed through third-party cryptocurrency payment providers. All purchases are final and non-refundable once a VM has been deployed.

5. Mining Operations

CoinHash deploys VMs in professional data centers connected to leading Bitcoin mining pools. Mining performance depends on network difficulty, pool luck, and other factors beyond our control. While we provide estimated daily BTC earnings, actual results may vary. CoinHash does not guarantee any specific return on investment.

6. Wallets & Withdrawals

CoinHash provides custodial cryptocurrency wallets for managing your mined earnings. Withdrawals are processed to external wallet addresses you provide. CoinHash is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times may apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes; (d) use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

CoinHash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your mining plan.

9. Termination

CoinHash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
